Bored over break? You’re not alone, the cry for something to do is being heard from Trinity students more often than not, and as break drags on it becomes harder and harder to find something new to do.

Enter TEDTalks. TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is a conference started about 20 years ago to bring together the movers and shakers of those three industries. Since then TED has evolved and TEDTalks have included some of the brightest, most respected minds in recent history. Topics range from Malcom Gladwell (author of Tipping Point, Blink, and Outliers) discussing what we can learn from spaghetti sauce, to Steven Levitt (of Freakenomics fame) discussing why crack dealers live at home with their mothers still.

Hopefully this’ll serve as something to tie you over until we start again on the 20th.
