Relay for Life Information
Relay for Life will be held on April 25th here at Trinity. Teams are still being organized, and donations are accepted even if you don’t want to walk.

Interested in joining the committee? Stop by the Community Service office and talk to Lindsey Eichler or visit the event Facebook group to chat with the event tri-chairs.
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life® is your chance to meet new people, make lasting friendships, and join the fight against cancer.Although Relay For Life® provides an opportunity for everyone involved to raise funds and awareness to support the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving mission, it is much more than a fundraiser. It is about joining students and many others across the globe in the world’s largest grassroots movement to fight cancer. It’s about being a campus and a community that takes up the fight!
This is your invitation to join us, so gather your friends, spread the word, and help change the course of cancer!
Last year the Relay For Life of Trinity College raised nearly $51,000 for the American Cancer Society. This year we are aiming to beat our total from 2 years ago and bring in $80,000. Please help us reach that goal!
Between September 1, 2008 and August 31, 2009, Relay For Life® communities nationwide are hosting special “Show Us Your HOPE” activities that visually depict the passion Relayers have for the fight against cancer. Ideally, these activities are separate from Relay For Life® events and demonstrate how the American Cancer Society in our community celebrates survivors, remembers loved ones lost, and fights back against cancer through Relay For Life®.
Learn more about Show Us Your HOPE or about Relay For Life®, and gather your friends, spread the word, and help change the course of cancer!
