A campus alert e-mail, the same that informed students of the lockdown over 3 hours earlier, has been sent telling students that the lockdown has been lifted.

Update: Deal Alford sent a follow up e-mail to the alert that the lockdown had been lifted by telling students that the situation between Summit and Zion St. tonight ended with the suspect committing suicide. Alford noted that the young man has no relation to Trinity College and that students should avoid the Summit/Zion St. area to allow police to clear the scene.
